As a graphic designer, a film composer, a DJ and producer, Belgium’s le Motel offers a rich musical and visual universe, composed of organic material (field recordings, samples) that swipe to bass music rhythms and synthetic soundscapes. Spotted by Gilles Peterson in 2015 (hi album is promoted Album Of The Week on his BBC 6 radioshow), Le Motel then creates his own label Maloca Records in 2020, on which he shares his own works alongside his favorite artistes (Clara!, Magugu, Flowdan, etc).
