Joe Lewandowski’s first foray into music traces back to the various local Parisian rock bands he played in as guitarist. Moving to New York offered him the opportunity to reconnect with the classic house and techno sound he grew up listening to with his older brothers, which ultimately led him to start DJing and organizing parties in Brooklyn. Back in Paris, he became resident DJ of legendary club Garage and started crafting a sound that became his signature: a no-genre, spontaneous approach seamlessly blending Leftfield House and Techno, Italo, Acid and Disco, inspired by some of the biggest names he had the chance to play with.As a producer, he quickly became a very prolific artist, putting out releases on well-established labels like Skylax and exciting newcomers such as AMSEM. 2019 saw him playing in cities likes Berlin, Tel Aviv, Mexico, Lyon or Bordeaux and hosting regular shows for Le Mellotron and Rinse FM. He recently started to play his first live shows this year where he blends rock guitars with his techno beats.
